First Of All...
I know and understand - THERE ARE NO HACKS FOR RUNESCAPE!
BOTS an Guides are all that can be used on runescape.
This guide is if you would like to make a 'Pure Strength' account - These are used to get money by People Killing. Once this has been achieved it is easy to gain it as a main by leveling the other stats.
[ Stat Build ]
>> For a strength pure that is generally considered good, what you want as a final outcome is this:
40 attack
Maximized strength (Not necessarily 99 strength, but as high as you can get it)
1/5/10 defense
X range
1/31/43 prayer
X magic
X hitpoints
>> For the pure that I think is "ideal," this is what I would get:
40 attack
Maximized strength
1 defense (more strength!)
1/40 range (This is really a matter of opinion. Nothing higher for F2P though, because it's just wasted on nothing, because this is a purely melee strength pure. 40 range can give you extra defense for training)
1/31 prayer (Eventually, 31 prayer will give more strength than 1 prayer. Around 70 strength, 31 prayer is great)
X magic (Just use curses, I don't really care how high it is as long as it doesn't boost hitpoints.)
X hitpoints
With these stats, you get the absolutely highest possible strength while using the best weapons in F2P.

[ Where to Train Melee ]
1. Location: Tutorial Island
Train up to: 3 attack and 3 strength.
Equipment: Use whatever is provided.
Explanation: I think that the less hitpoints, the better. You are allowed more strength levels if you avoid getting extra hitpoint experience. However, training here barely makes a difference, so you can just jump ahead if you want.
2. Location: Dummies across from Varrock east bank
Train up to: 8 attack
Equipment: Iron scimitar then a steel one.
Explanation: Less hitpoints, more stats
3. Location: Chickens south of Falador
Train up to: 10 attack and 10 strength
Equipment: Steel scimitar. Don't wear any armor since they can't do damage.
Explanation: You won't have any trouble hitting these, and they can't do any damage, so you can train a bit faster by running around without armor.
4. Location: Cows at Crafting Guild
Train up to: 30 attack and 40 strength
Equipment: Use a steel, black, mithril, and then adamant scimitar. You can wear full iron if you want, but it's optional. You can bring like 8 of anything that heals 3-4 hp.
color=green]Explanation:[/color] This place is the emptiest of the cow pens, and it still has a good amount of cows. They don't hit much either. You can pick up the cow hides if you need to make some extra money to sell for 100gp each too.
Why not monks: They're too crowded… Only 4 monks spawn, and slowly. Who cares if they can heal you and themselves? It's slower training. I've trained there myself on my ranger and another strength pure, and it's just ridiculously slow. Of course, you can train there if you get bored of cows, but it's its just slow in my opinion.
5. Location: Goblins in Goblin Village where Goblin Diplomacy takes place
Train up to: 40 attack and 45/50 strength
Equipment: Use an adamant and rune scimitar and full iron. Bring around 24 of anything that heals over 3 hp and it'll be fine.
Explanation: It's a good spawn and they don't do much damage. You will barely ever need to recharge on food.
6. Location: Dwarves in Dwarven Mine
Train up to: 55 strength
Equipment: Bring your rune scimitar and full iron. Bring around 20 trout or better.
Explanation: Once again, a good spawn, and they don't do much damage if you can kill them fast enough. And again, you won't have to recharge food often at all.
OR
Location: Al-Kharid Warriors in Al Kharid Palace
Train up to: 55 strength
Equipment: Dwarves: Bring your rune scimitar and full iron. Bring around 20 trout or better.
Explanation: It has a good spawn, and they have a good hitpoints:combat level ratio. It's very close to a bank too. The only drawback is that it's pretty crowded, and it can get VERY crowded. You can buy kebabs for 1gp each, but you can only buy 1 at a time, so it can be annoying.
OR
Location: Minotaurs at the first floor of the Stronghold of Security
Train up to: 55 strength
Equipment: Bring your rune scimitar and full iron. Bring around 20 trout or better.
Explanation: It has a fast spawn. They have low hitpoints for their level, but they do very little damage. It can get crowded, but this is my training spot of choice for this level range.
7. Location: Flesh Crawlers on the second floor of the Stronghold of Security
Train up to: 80 strength
Equipment: Bring a rune scimitar and full iron. Bring a full inventory of salmon or better.
Explanation: They're aggressive, so you can leave for some time while still getting experience. They don't do too much damage, and have a decent amount of hitpoints.
OR
Location: Zombies at Edgeville dungeon (Not near the hill giants, the ones from which you can see the moss giants from)
Train up to: 60-70 strength
Equipment: Bring your rune scimitar and full iron. Bring a 28 trout or better.
Explanation: They have a good amount of hitpoints, but you'll do 0 damage a lot, and they do a lot more damage. Overall, flesh crawlers are a lot better.

[ Where to Train Range ]
>> Here are some training spots that are good to train up to 40 range at. You won't need many arrows. I got up to 40 range with just 2k iron arrows, and I only lost about half of them by the time I was 40 range.
1. Location: Tutorial Island
Train up to: 3 range.
Equipment: Whatever is provided
Explanation: Just use these free arrows to some use and get up to 3 range.
2. Location: Chickens south of Falador, next to the cow pen
Train up to: 10 range
Equipment: Leather cowl, leather body, leather chaps, leather vambraces, boots, and the best shortbow you can use.
Arrows: Bronze/iron
Explanation: They can't do any damage, and these will be like the only things you can hit at this level.
3. Location: Cows at Crafting Guild
Train up to: 20 range
Equipment: Leather cowl, leather body, leather chaps, leather vambraces, boots, and the best shortbow you can use.
Arrows: Bronze/iron
Explanation: They won't do much damage, and they're good for training at low levels for just about any stat.
4. Location: Skeletons in Varrock Sewers
Train up to: 30/40 range
Equipment: Coif, leather body, studded leather chaps, leather vambraces, boots, and the best shortbow you can use.
Arrows: Bronze/iron/steel
Explanation: You can hide behind the gate as you train there, and the only problem is that it can be pretty crowded.
5. Location: Minotaurs at Stronghold of Security
Train up to: 40 range
Equipment: Coif, leather body, studded leather chaps, leather vambraces, boots, and the best shortbow you can use.
Arrows: Bronze/iron/steel
Explanation: They barely do any damage, drop a lot of iron arrows so you won't need many (they drop more than you use most of the time if you pick up your arrows)

[ Quests to Do ]
>> Vampire Slayer: Do this anytime you want, probably before 30 attack. It'll give you attack experience, which means fast attack levels AND less hitpoints.
>> Goblin Diplomacy: I'm not sure about this, but I think that if you do this, the goblins won't attack each other unless there are people in the area who haven't done the quest. That way, there are more goblins to actually kill, and you won't have to be annoyed when they die from a single hit of 4. That's what I've experienced, but it may just be a coincidence.
